Fronius was founded in 1945 in Pettenbach, Austria and is today an internationally active company still headquartered in Austria. Since 1992, Fronius has also been active in the field of photovoltaics and battery charger systems and supplies innovative inverters and high-quality batteries. Fronius supports maximum flexibility in the design of the PV system. The pre-cabling of the inverters and the integrated Fronius AC combiner are minimizing planning effort.
KOSTAL
The Kostal group is an almost 100 year old family business and was founded as manufacturer of installation components from L. Kostal in Lüdenscheid in 1912. 15 years later, the company entered the automobile supply business. The subsidiary, Kostal Solar Elektrik, used the experiences which had been gained in the fields of drive technology as well as measure, control and regulation electric and developed innovative photovoltaic products, in particular the inverter model PIKO.
